Sliding Fee Scale Program
HEALing Community Center receives funding from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, allowing us to offer a sliding fee scale for uninsured and under-insured patients. Discounts are available based on household income and family size. For more information, please call 404.564.7749.
Self-Pay Patients
Patients without insurance or those who do not qualify for the SFS program are responsible for full charges. However, we welcome self-pay patients and our front desk staff is happy to assist you in accommodating your financial needs.
